TERMS AND CONDITION

No Refund Policy. The Butterfly Mansion does not do refunds once the service has started.No Receipt No Service. The Butterfly Mansion strictly requires a copy/screenshot of the receipt upon payment for each transaction, this is for record purposes and proof that the client has paid the amount needed. If the client fails to present a copy/screenshot of the receipt the service will automatically be cancelled or discontinued nonetheless.Payment First. The Butterfly Mansion strictly requires payment first before starting the service. This is to ensure the pilot/s are fairly compensated for the service they will do.Down Payment. The Butterfly Mansion can offer only a 50% down payment, depending on the reason of the client and given that the client strictly follows the conditions set by the agency. This will be a case to case basis.

MUST

I ʚଓ⋆ The Client must not login during the service and during the time the pilot is doing their task to avoid interruptions and delays in the service. The pilot will inform the client when they have logged in and logged out of the account.II ʚଓ⋆ The Client must not tamper with the Pilot’s progress during the service to avoid confusion and disruption.III ʚଓ⋆ The Client must change their login details or secure their account/s after each transaction. The Agency will not be held responsible for any loss after the service has been concluded.IV ʚଓ⋆ The Client must understand that piloting services involves giving access to their game accounts and must give their permission to the Pilot to login for the service to start.V ʚଓ⋆ The Client must be honest and transparent with the Pilot for any concerns, suggestions or questions to avoid miscommunication and confusion during the service.VI ʚଓ⋆ The Client must vouch after each successful service for the agency’s recognition and legitimacy.VII ʚଓ⋆ The Client must make sure that the information they have provided is true and correct to avoid technical issues during the service.
